Payment policies

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
• Along with the final deposit of payment, an extra amount of 1000 Euros is required to be deposited as a guarantee for property damage. In case there was no damage detected in the premises and its whole belongings, then this extra amount is fully refundable after 15 days of the departure.
• All bookings are final, non-refundable.
