A stone build maisonette Villa. The house is surrounded by meandering gardens, verandas with views of the sea and a private swimming pool. Is comprised of two floors which. The kitchen, dining room and living room are on the ground floor along with a WC. Three fully airconditioned bedrooms with a master bathroom occupy the top floor along with three sea view verandas. This Villa goes together with two studios. One of them at the west part is a small independent studio with a double bed, a living room, a small kitchen, and a private bathroom. There is a small veranda and access to the garden of the villa and the barbeque. The studio at the northeast part of the villa is smaller with a double bed, a kitchen, and a small bathroom. The veranda of this studio is big with a swimming pool and an amazing view to Meloi beach.
