The house has 5 bedrooms in total, three in the main house and two which are pool adjacent. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, digital HDTV, silent refrigerators with glass doors (mini-bars), high quality safes both well hidden inside the closets and air-conditioning. The villa has wi-fi internet support. One of the two pool adjacent bedrooms has a sofa with a large screen tv. The sofa can open up to a double bed that can sleep one or two children if necessary.
There are plenty of open spaces and verandas with pergolas and at the pool side there are umbrellas and deck-chairs. There are also parking spaces. The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis, Glyfadi and Ornos. The distance from the town centre and airport is between 4 and 5 kilometers.
