– All bookings require a 30% deposit at the confirmation of the booking. The deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancelation.
– For the high and peak seasons the remaining balance should be paid in full 60 days prior to guest’s arrival at the villa.
– For the low and mid seasons the remining balance should be paid in full 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival at the villa.

Payment Policies

– For the high and peak seasons, if cancelation occurs more than 60 days prior to guest’s arrival and/or in case of non-show, early departure, modification of booking: 30% of the total rental cost will be paid by wire transfer. If cancelation occurs between 59-00 days prior to guest’s arrival and/or in case of non-show, early departure, modification of booking; 100% of total rental cost will be paid by wire transfer.
– For the low and mid seasons, if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to guest’s arrival and/or in case of non-show, early departure, modification of booking 30% of the total rental cost will be paid by wire transfer. If cancellation occurs 30-00 days prior to guests arrival and/or in case of non-show, early departure, modification of booking 100% of total rental cost will be paid by wire transfer.

– Welcome drink & fresh fruits, welcome basket.
– Daily maid service
– All taxes.
– Pre-stocking first day with water, juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, soft drinks.
– Daily buffet breakfast
